Under 12s

The under 12s squad is run by Mark Farrell, Ian Stanley and Mark Riley.
The team is widely acknowledged as a good passing team and have enjoyed success last season by winning the Albert SteeleTrophy. Training is focused on developing technical skills and increasingly on positional play.
The same group of boys (give or take 2 or 3) have been together for 5 seasons and the spirit within the camp is exceptional. We enjoy winning but we also understand the importance of being sporting losers (unless we woz robbed!).
The players have adjusted very well to the 11 a side game and the new season has started well, in a highly competitive league - the boys are enjoying the challenge. Training takes place on a Friday evening. |
